Hi there.

My name is Danielle. I’ve been a practitioner of yoga since I was 18, teaching yoga since I was 20 and writing since I learned how. It wasn’t until college where I made the decision to dive deep into the practice and set out on a journey to self-love while walking this path to stillness. This inspired me to complete my first 200 hour training during my senior year as a college undergrad and am grateful for the gifts, experiences, and people I’ve crossed paths with through Yoga. I haven’t stopped learning ever since. I incorporate a combination of yoga, writing, digital curation and design to present my thoughts, and share experiences I’ve had to help normalize vulnerability as a strength. I use these practices to connect with others and shed light on the realities of trauma, mental health, and sharing self care practices I’ve picked up along the way.
